Following Ofsted's inspection of Outwood Primary Academy Darfield on Thu 15 Nov 2018, we were rated as Good with Outstanding leadership.
This was our first inspection since becoming part of the Outwood Family and we are proud of our Good rating.

"Extremely effective leadership has led to rapid improvements in all aspects of school life, including outcomes for pupils, since the school became a member of the OGAT family of schools in May 2016."
"The provision for pupils with SEND has improved markedly over the last 30 months. Impressive leadership from the special educational needs coordinator (SENCo) is ensuring that pupils’ needs are identified early, their parents are involved fully and any barriers to learning are addressed increasingly successfully."
